Compliance issues should not be discovered
after your label is printed.
RangeClear helps food and drink teams check labels, claims, packaging artwork, QR/e-labels and product data before products enter new European markets.
Founder story
Built from real food and drink launch experience
RangeClear was created by food and drink entrepreneurs who ran into the same problem again and again.
Every time a new brand entered a new market, label compliance became complex, slow and expensive. A product that looked ready to launch could still have issues with claims, allergens, QUID, nutrition values, language requirements, QR/e-labels, recycling information or importer details.
Traditionally, the only way to get confidence was to pay a consultant for a manual review. That can be valuable, but it is often difficult to scale across many SKUs, brands, markets and artwork changes.
RangeClear was built to create a faster first compliance layer: upload your artwork and product data, select the target markets and receive a structured report with blockers, risks, suggested fixes, legal basis and audit trail.
RangeClear does not replace legal experts. It helps teams understand what needs attention before involving consultants, retailers or regulators.

The problem
The hidden cost of label compliance
Repeated consultant reviews
Consultants are valuable, but paying for a full manual review for every product, artwork change or new market can become expensive quickly. RangeClear helps teams run a structured first check before deciding where expert input is needed.
Multi-market uncertainty
European markets share many rules, but national language, packaging, deposit, recycling and interpretation requirements can differ. RangeClear shows which issues apply to which market.
Late-stage artwork changes
Compliance issues found after artwork approval can create delays, redesign costs, reprints and missed listings. RangeClear is designed to catch issues earlier in the launch process.
Claims and marketing risk
Claims like "high protein", "natural", "sugar-free", "climate neutral", "immune support" or "no nasties" can trigger legal requirements or risk flags. RangeClear helps identify risky wording before it reaches the shelf.
Ongoing change management
Compliance is not a one-time task. Formulas change, claims change, legal sources change and brands expand into new countries. RangeClear helps teams recheck products when something changes.

Who it's for
Who RangeClear helps
Importers & distributors
Check whether foreign labels are ready for selected European markets before shipment, relabelling or retailer submission, across multiple brands, SKUs and suppliers.
Growing brands
Scale-ups can catch label and claim issues before print, launch or expansion into new countries.
Category managers & buyers
When a buyer onboards a new brand or SKU, a quick pre-listing check helps catch non-compliant products before they end up on the shelf.
Why now
Why this matters now
Food and drink launches are becoming more complex. Brands sell across more markets, update claims more often, use QR/e-labels, manage online product pages and face increasing scrutiny around allergens, sustainability claims, nutrition claims and packaging information. At the same time, teams are expected to move faster. RangeClear helps bridge that gap: faster first checks, better structure and clearer market-specific risk visibility.
More cross-border launches
More claim and sustainability scrutiny
More packaging and recycling obligations
More digital product information to keep consistent
